Easy Data Sorting in Flex
The DataSorter component allows you to provide an easy way to sort data in your Flex applications. The component offers a visual metaphor for sorting data that your users are familiar with from applications such as YouTube Playlists or movie rental queues. The DataSorter allows you to sort your data numerically or make your changes by clicking and dragging. Check out some of the demonstration movies or you can jump right to our interactive samples and start experimenting right away.
The component API supports conventions of the Flex Framework that you're used to such as dataProviders and itemRenderers. Check out our ASDocs on the component for full details of the API.
